ANDY KUCHAR

President

Andy is Centerline’s President and the Chief Risk Officer for Centerline’s parent company, Watkins Associated Industries.  He brings over 20 years of insurance and risk management experience, leading Centerline’s efforts to be the premier custom insurance solution provider.  Andy earned his Ph.D. in Risk Management and B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia.  He also holds his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management designations.

JENNIFER SMITH

Vice President, Operations

Jennifer serves as Centerline’s Vice President, Operations, where she’s responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the company’s business initiatives.  She brings nearly 15 years of insurance and risk management experience to Centerline.  Jennifer earned her B.B.A. in Risk Management from the University of Georgia.  She also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.

JEREMY BAGLEY

Vice President, Finance and Controller

Jeremy serves as the company’s Vice President, Finance and Controller where he’s responsible for Centerline’s financial modeling, budgeting, and financial reporting.  He brings nearly 15 years of insurance and finance experience to the company.  Jeremy earned his M.B.A and B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia Southern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

EMILY POWELL

Senior Manager, Operations

Emily serves as the company’s Senior Manager, Operations where she is responsible for leveraging technology to streamline operations as well as develop, implement, and manage Centerline’s initiatives. She has over 16 years of experience, with a wide breadth of experience within risk management ranging from RIMS systems administration, claims, insurance procurement and compliance.  Emily earned her B.A in Sociology from Miami University.  She also holds her Associate in Risk Management and Associate in Commercial Underwriting designations from The Institutes.

GERRY ROGERS

Manager, Claims

Gerry Rogers serves as Centerline’s Claims Manager and is responsible for the operation of the claims department, including providing leadership and management of the claims team. Gerry came to Centerline in 2023 and brings over 20 years of claims handling experience to the Company. Gerry earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He has the Associates in Insurance designation and is a licensed adjuster in several states.
